Culture and Organisational Analysis
Explore your organisation’s culture
A culture and organisational analysis allows you to delve beneath the surface and gain a deeper understanding of the prevailing culture within your organisation. At Human House, we offer this analysis to you who wishes to enhance existing conditions or to proactively prevent unwanted incidents in the future.
Drive change with a culture and organisational analysis
A culture and organisational analysis is relevant for your organisation if you and your management team are looking to initiate cultural change. There is no specific problem in need of a solution; rather, the organisation approaches change from a positive starting point. To achieve sustainable change, it is essential to develop a thorough understanding of your current organisational culture and the factors influencing your organisation right now.
Examples of themes in a culture and organisational analysis

How does a culture and organisational analysis unfold?
Preliminary meeting
Together, we identify one or more key themes to form the basis of the analysis.
Investigation
The investigation consists of one or more qualitative studies, depending on the selected theme(s). This may include observations within the organisation, focus group interviews, or individual interviews. If relevant, we can also incorporate quantitative research in the form of digital surveys.
Analysis
We review and thematise the data collected from the investigation, drawing on relevant organisational psychology theories and models to provide insight and perspective.
Reporting
Based on our analysis, you will receive comprehensive feedback, including a range of recommendations your organisation can work with. As the approach is largely anthropological, the feedback and final report are shaped by the findings and insights uncovered throughout the process.

Prevention begins with insight
Our culture and organisational analyses always focus on one or more specific themes. For example, a theme might be sexism; not because there is an ongoing case within your organisation, but due to general attention around the issue in wider society.
In such situations, the knowledge and insights gained from the analysis provide a solid foundation for management to develop proactive plans to prevent cases of sexism in the organisation.
