Our story
Human House was founded in 1980 as an occupational health service under the name ArbejdsmiljøCentret. For more than forty years, our core focus has been to create healthy and safe working environments for all employees.
Today, we are Denmark’s largest authorised occupational health and safety advisor and the Danish certification partner for a range of internationally recognised leadership tools, including MBTI.
Our journey has included the merging of BST Nord, ArbejdsmiljøCentret, AKON, and Human House – bringing us together under the unified name, Human House. In the past five years, our organisation has tripled in size; today, we employ around 100 people across Denmark.
The unique combination of our expertise in both leadership and occupational health and safety means that – as the only company in our sector – we can offer a comprehensive business solution for all matters relating to people at work, whether your role is as a leader or an employee.
