Certification in FIRO®

A participant may transfer their booking to another available course date as follows: 

- More than 14 days before the course start date: no transfer fee will apply (non-refundable third-party costs, including catering, may be charged where applicable).

- Within 14 days of the course start date: a transfer fee equal to 25% of the full course fee will be charged.

All transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

Substitutions can be accepted without charge at any time (subject to any additional material costs) provided that the substitute fulfils the entrance requirements and has completed any pre-course study.
Where hard-copy materials have already been supplied, the original participant should, wherever possible, pass these materials directly to the substitute participant. Additional charges may apply where replacement materials are required.

- Up to 28 days before the course start date: cancellations may be made at no charge. 

- Between 28 days and 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be payable.

- Less than 7 days before the course start date or in the case of non-attendance: the full fee will be payable.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Should a rescheduled course place later be cancelled by the participant, the above cancellation terms apply to the original course start date.

Human House reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, change the venue, or change the delivery format of a course where reasonably necessary. In the event of any such change, the participant may reschedule the booking to an alternative date. If no alternative dates are suitable, a refund will be issued. Human House shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other indirect costs arising from any such change.
