Health Checks

Health improving consulting customised to your organisation

A health check is an investment in your employees and sends a clear signal that their wellbeing and health are a top priority for your organisation. Healthy employees contribute to increased wellbeing, higher productivity, less physical wear and tear, and reduced sickness absence. A health check is an ideal starting point when you want to enhance the overall health environment at your workplace.

What is a health check?

A health check consists of a series of measurements and tests that form the basis for a personalised health profile for each employee. The duration of the health check depends on which parameters we measure. Every workplace is unique, which is why we customise the health check to meet your specific wishes, needs, and work environment challenges. It is also possible to structure health checks around selected health themes, which employees can choose in advance according to their preferences.

Receive a personal and customised health check

With a personalised health check, we visit your organisation and conduct 1:1 health checks with all participating employees. Follow-up health checks can be arranged if you wish to monitor progress over time. This allows you and your colleagues to track your individual development and receive additional guidance on how to maintain your results.

Before the examination, you will complete a questionnaire about your diet, exercise habits, and related health information. During the health check, we assess your health (e.g. blood pressure, blood sugar, detailed cholesterol levels, body fat percentage, BMI, and fitness). The check itself takes between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the content, and you receive your results immediately. These results form the basis for individual guidance on lifestyle habits. Our advice is always based on evidence and best practice in nutrition and exercise.

Health checks help you gain an overview of your organisation’s health

If more than 20 employees participate, we can also provide a summary report in addition to individual employee health profiles. This report gives a general overview of where targeted action is needed to improve your workplace’s overall health culture. Based on the report, we advise on which health initiatives can be implemented in a way that fits your organisation’s day-to-day operations.
