What does MBTI stand for?
MBTI stands for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and is the world’s most widely used personality type tool. MBTI is based on Carl Gustav Jung’s theory of personality types.
Who is the MBTI certification for?
This certification is designed for anyone working in HR, management, or organisational development – whether you are employed or self-employed.
As an MBTI-certified practitioner, you are qualified to provide both individual and group feedback, as well as facilitate MBTI workshops. You will learn how to conduct individual sessions and team workshops on topics relevant to your own organisation or in your work as an external consultant.
A Step I MBTI certification also enables you to explore the next level: MBTI Step II. In Step II, the MBTI model is expanded with 20 facet pairs, bringing considerable depth and even greater insights into your own and others’ preferences.

When you embark on an MBTI training course, you step into a world of types and preferences. You gain a range of practical tools you can use to strengthen psychological safety, change management, communication, collaboration, and leadership.
Course structure
Take the first step into the world’s most widely used personality tool
During the MBTI Step I certification course, spread over two modules, you gain in-depth knowledge of the tool’s structure, potential, and extensive applications.
MBTI is essentially structured to describe an individual’s preferences based on four dimensions. On this certification course, you will become familiar with the theory behind the tool and gain deeper insight into each of the dimensions.
Module 1: 3 days
Through engaging and hands-on exercises, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical foundation, structure, and potential of MBTI. You will experience group feedback yourself and discover the many practical applications of the tool – in areas such as communication, feedback, teamwork, type dynamics, stress, and personal development.
Between the modules
Practice makes perfect! Between Module 1 and Module 2, you will apply your learning by providing individual feedback to two people based on their MBTI reports. This gives you hands-on experience with the tool and helps you develop your personal feedback style.
Module 2: 2 days
In this module, you will focus on MBTI and team development. Once again, you will participate in group exercises and learn how to facilitate engaging and developmental team workshops. We will cover popular MBTI activities such as Type Tips Speed-Dating, the Z Model, the Team Wheel, Quadrants, and Team Analysis. The course concludes with an exam.

All the practicalities
The certification spans 5 days – see course dates here. Price is 36,500 DKK excl. VAT, invoiced prior to course start. You can secure a 10% discount by enrolling with a colleague or booking more than one course. The course includes meals – coffee/tea, breakfast, fresh fruit, lunch, and cake – plus all training materials. Free parking is available at all venues. Upon successful completion, all participants receive a lifelong certification. The training can also be tailored as an in-house course for organisations, with a 15% discount for a minimum of 3 participants – contact us for a non-binding offer.
FAKTURERING
Faktura for deltagelse betales senest fire uger inden kursets start. En eventuel aftalt rabat - eksempelvis pga. flere samtidigt tilmeldte fra samme organisation - vil først blive fratrukket på fakturaen. Fakturaer påføres moms.
FRAMELDING
Framelding kan ske frit indtil fire uger inden kursusstart. Ved framelding under fire uger og indtil én uge før kursusstart refunderes 50 % af kursusgebyret. Ved framelding i den sidste uge inden start eller ved udeblivelse refunderes gebyret ikke. Husk altid at få en skriftlig bekræftelse på din afmelding.
FLYTNING TIL ANDET HOLD
For eksempelvis at undgå et tab ved en eventuel framelding, er man frem til 30 dage før kursusstart velkommen til at erstatte én deltager med en anden deltager mod dækning af eventuelle ekstra materialeomkostninger samt et gebyr på 10 % af listepris for kurset.
FLYTNING AF TIDSPUNKT FOR KURSUSDELTAGELSE
Inden kursusstart: Indtil én uge før kursusstart er flytning til et andet MBTI-kursus uden gebyr på nær omkostninger ved forplejning. Ved flytning under én uge før kursusstart er gebyret 4.950 kr. ekskl. moms.
Efter kursusstart: Ved flytning til et andet modul på et andet kursus er gebyret 4.950 kr. ekskl. moms. Dette gælder både ved sygdom og andre årsager til flytning.

Når du tilmelder dig kurset, giver du tilladelse til, at dine personoplysninger opbevares sikkert med det formål:
1) at kunne genskabe et eventuelt mistet kursusdiplom
2) at Human House må kontakte dig med fagligt relevant information
3) at The Myers-Briggs Company kan dokumentere din certificering
Herudover indvilger du i, at din MBTI-rapport anvendes aktivt i undervisningen, og at dine medkursister får adgang til den i træningsøjemed. Du kan altid kontakte os og få dine oplysninger slettet.
AFLYSNING
Kursets gennemførelse afhænger af antal deltagere, og vi forbeholder os retten til aflysning og flytning af kursusdatoer.
