On the course Conflict Management Training with TKI®, you will learn how to use the conflict-resolution model to deal positively with conflicts. Equipped with practical skills, you will be able to facilitate others to apply different conflict-handling styles according to the situation. By showing people alternative ways to resolve conflicts, rather than always reverting to their default conflict-resolution strategy, you will empower them to seek positive outcomes from conflict situations, boosting productivity and reducing the need for mediation.

INVOICING

An invoice for participation will be sent after your registration on the course, with a 14-day payment deadline. All invoices are subject to VAT.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations may be made at no charge up to 28 days prior to the start of the course. For cancellations made less than 28 days but at least 7 days before the course start, 50% of the course fee is payable. For cancellations during the final week before the course or in the case of non-attendance, no refund is provided and the full fee is payable. Please ensure you always obtain written confirmation of cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule course dates. In the event of any such cancellation by Human House, the participant may reschedule the booking to an alternative date. If no alternative dates are suitable, a refund will be issued.

SUBSTITUTION OF PARTICIPANT

Substitutions can be accepted without charge at any time (subject to any additional material costs) provided that the substitute fulfils the entrance requirement and has completed any pre-course study.

RESCHEDULING

Up to 14 days before the course starts, it is possible to reschedule attendance to another course without incurring any fee, except for catering costs, if applicable. For rescheduling within 14 days prior to the course start, an additional transfer fee of 25% of the full course fee will be charged.

PERSONAL DATA

By registering for the course, you hereby consent to the secure storage of your personal data for the following purposes:

1) to enable the digital replacement of a lost course certificate.

2) to permit Human House to contact you with information relevant to your professional development.

3) to enable The Myers-Briggs Company to document your certification.

Furthermore, you consent to your MBTI/FIRO/TKI (as applicable) report being used actively during your workshop and being made available to your fellow participants for training purposes. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
