Questions about registration
How do I register?
Once you have found a course that suits you, register by clicking the ‘Sign up’ button and filling in the registration form.
When your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
Where can I find the terms and conditions for registration?
The terms and conditions are available on the registration form for the course or training programme you wish to join.
Why have I not received a confirmation email?
Occasionally, the registration confirmation may end up in your spam filter. Please check your junk or spam folder.
If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us to ensure your registration has been processed correctly.
You can reach us at +45 70 10 90 80 or mail@humanhouse.com
Will you send me further information about my training?
About a week before the programme begins, we will send all participants a welcome email with practical information about the training. This provides you with a brief overview of what to expect on the day(s).
I have an HH subscription, but my discount does not appear on my invoice. Why is that?
The discount is automatically deducted from the course price on your invoice.
The amount shown on your invoice is therefore the price after the discount has been applied.
I have several participants to register. Do I really have to register them one at a time via the website?
Yes, you do. Each registration requires individual consent for Human House to store the participant’s data, so each person must be registered separately.
If you need to register more than 10 participants, we offer the option of registering them via an Excel sheet, making the process easier. Please contact us for more details.
I am a private individual. Can I register for a course?
Yes, you can. In the ‘CVR number’ field (which is required on the registration form), you may enter Human House’s CVR number. Please indicate in the comment field that you are registering as a private individual.
I have special dietary requirements. Can these be accommodated?
Yes. Please state your dietary requirements when registering, or contact us at kursus@humanhouse.com – we will ensure your needs are met.
I have reading difficulties. Can I still participate in the training?
Yes, you can. Let us know about your challenges when you register. For example, your final assignment can be presented using images or orally. Please contact your instructor to discuss the options.
I already have the Section 9 training (paragraf 9-uddannelsen). Do I need to take the mandatory occupational
If you have completed the old Section 9 training (paragraf 9-uddannelsen) prior to April 1991, you are required to complete the mandatory occupational safety and health training.
Questions about absence
I am unable to attend. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at kursus@humanhouse.com. Depending on how close to the start date your cancellation is, a cancellation fee may apply (see the terms and conditions in your registration confirmation).
You may also send a colleague in your place – please contact us for further details.
I have fallen ill. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible by phone to let us know you are ill and unable to attend.
Please also read the terms and conditions in your confirmation email sent after your registration.
What happens if I cannot attend the entire training programme?
To receive a certificate of completion, you must be physically present for the entirety of the training.
I have a dental appointment. May I leave two hours early?
No, full attendance is required for all mandatory training courses. If you have unavoidable appointments, you must register for a different course. However, it is possible to reschedule the third day (or the fourth and fifth day for the coordinator programme) – contact the course administration to discuss your options.
Questions about course certificates
I have not received my course certificate after completing the training. What should I do?
Your course certificate is available for download as a document at the end of the evaluation, which was sent to you on the final day of the course. Reopen the evaluation link and navigate to the page just after the question on newsletter subscription. Here you can download your certificate. The link will remain active and you may download your certificate as many times as needed.
I have lost my course certificate. Can I get a new one?
Yes. Email us at kursus@humanhouse.com and provide the course number, location, instructor, and year.
Questions about the coordinator training
When am I required to complete the mandatory coordinator training?
If you are acting as a safety and health coordinator, you must complete the mandatory coordinator training before you begin the role.
If you took the training before April 1991, you must complete it again.
I am qualified as an occupational safety and health coordinator. May I serve as a safety and health representative?
If you have completed the mandatory occupational safety and health coordinator training, you may serve as a safety and health representative without taking the mandatory occupational safety and health training. However, these roles differ significantly, and we strongly recommend that you also complete the mandatory safety and health training.
