Whistleblower

Report irregularities or illegalities confidentially and anonymously

At Human House, we are committed to acting on principles of transparency and collaboration. This includes enabling employees and business partners to safely raise concerns about unacceptable conduct. Whistleblowers can bring such matters to Human House’s attention without fear of negative consequences. We encourage this through our dedicated whistleblower scheme.

The whistleblower scheme provides a channel to report suspected serious irregularities or illegal activities, all while being protected by Human House.

If you suspect serious wrongdoing or unlawful behaviour within Human House, you are welcome to report your concerns via our external and anonymous platform, D4Whistler.

The reporter will receive an acknowledgement within 7 working days and feedback within 3 months.

What can be reported?

The whistleblower scheme only applies to matters covered by the Danish Whistleblower Act. This may include:

  • Fraud, bribery, corruption, or extortion
  • Falsification of accounts or invoice fraud
  • Offensive behaviour or harassment
  • Forgery, theft, embezzlement, or cheating
  • Hacking, wiretapping, or data fraud
  • Breaches of legislation or violations of confidentiality

Matters such as dissatisfaction with pay, issues of cooperation, breach of internal guidelines, and similar concerns cannot be reported through the whistleblower scheme. In such cases, we recommend contacting your immediate manager or health and safety representative.

Human House is not obliged to pursue matters outside the scope of the Whistleblower Act, but we may choose to address individual cases, in which instance the case will be forwarded to the relevant parties.

Anonymous reporting

All whistleblowers remain anonymous, and all information will be treated confidentially. Reports are submitted via the external third-party system – D4 Whistler. Human House does not tolerate any form of retaliation or harassment against whistleblowers.

The whistleblower scheme – a last resort

As a general rule, we encourage employees, business partners, and other external parties to use Human House’s usual management structures or health and safety organisation to raise any suspicions or concerns. If your concern involves your direct contact at Human House, or you do not feel safe reporting through other channels, Human House encourages you to use the whistleblower support function.
