Industrial Ventilation

Avoid dangerous or harmful substances in the air

Effective and well-functioning ventilation is crucial for protecting employees and others from exposure to dangerous or harmful substances and materials generated by machinery and processes.

These substances and materials may be flammable or explosive, toxic and harmful to health, or they may simply be irritating and negatively impact the quality of your indoor working environment.

Effective ventilation is not only important for the people working, but it also protects your own production and products from contamination. Furthermore, efficient ventilation extends the lifespan of machinery and electrical equipment while reducing costs associated with cleaning, servicing, and maintenance.

Is there something in the air at your workplace?

When identifying the right ventilation solution for your organisation, there are many critical factors to consider, including the physical characteristics of your building and the heating methods in use. At Human House, we advise all industries where gases, fumes, mists, smoke, and dust may arise from workplace processes involving flammable, explosive, carcinogenic, or toxic substances and materials.

We provide consultancy services based on current regulations for industrial ventilation (also known as process ventilation), which comply with the Danish Working Environment Authority’s executive orders and guidelines, as well as building regulations, environmental regulations, norms and standards. We are also available to provide consultancy services if you have received official notices relating to ventilation from the authorities.

We assess and measure the efficiency of ventilation systems in relation to control, operation and maintenance, and whether user manuals meet expectations as specified in rules, norms and standards. We work with both ATEX and machinery directives and with directives for the use and design of technical assistive devices.

Professional guidance on industrial ventilation from start to finish

We assist you and your company with needs analysis in relation to existing or new facilities, and we provide expert assessments and suggestions for improvements.

If you need to renovate or establish new systems, we can assist with advice before and during the project and construction phase in relation to, for example, requirement specifications and evaluation of offers. After installation, we can assist with final inspections and system documentation, user instructions, and physical compliance checks.
