Met your IOSH trainer, Bent Schultz

Bent Schultz is an experienced advisor in the field of psychosocial working environments, as well as in systematic and management-driven health and safety practices. Bent primarily supports organisations seeking guidance on implementing a structured approach to wellbeing and psychological working environment issues, including stress prevention, conflict management, and regulatory compliance.

Since 2021, Bent has worked extensively with Vision Zero, focusing in particular on leadership engagement, effective Health & Safety management structures, and employee involvement. As a former inspector, he brings deep knowledge of legal obligations within the psychosocial working environment and ways to prevent workplace strain.

Bent is a licensed psychologist and certified specialist in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He previously gained workplace approval from the Danish Working Environment Authority as an authorised advisor in the field of psychological working environment. With vast experience as both an educator and facilitator, he excels at delivering complex knowledge and leading workshops on the subject.

Meet your IOSH trainer, Nicklas Kronow

Nicklas Kronow is a senior consultant and one of our occupational psychologists. He supports small, medium, and large enterprises daily with improving their psychosocial working environment. His wide-ranging portfolio includes stress prevention, assistance with major organisational changes and mergers, leadership training, and more.

Nicklas is also a co-author of the Japanese book “Mental Wellbeing”, where, together with global occupational health experts, he contributed chapters on structuring psychosocial wellbeing efforts within organisations.

His contributions specifically focus on how the Vision Zero mindset can support psychosocial health in a systematic way.

Additionally, Nicklas is certified in the personality tool MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), which he continuously uses to help individuals and leadership teams improve self-awareness, prevent misunderstandings and conflicts, and enhance communication.
