IOSH-træner Ruth Kjeldsmark

Meet your IOSH trainer, Ruth Kjeldsmark

Ruth Kjeldsmark is a certified IOSH trainer with significant expertise in occupational safety. She works dedicatedly with the implementation of safety culture principles, starting at top management and cascading throughout all levels of an organisation. Ruth’s experience as an HSEQ Manager spans the construction sector, industrial projects and high-risk workplaces, always striving for optimal safety based on strong leadership commitment.

Ruth is highly experienced in HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) and has worked as a Lead Auditor for more than 20 years – both internally and externally. She also has extensive knowledge of developing and implementing high-quality environmental and occupational health and safety management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

As a trainer, Ruth is accomplished through numerous presentations, conference sessions, internal education programmes, and formal OSH management system training. She builds individual specialists and high-performance teams, fostering strong business acumen and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
