At Human House, we offer a wide range of training programmes, courses, and events within both leadership and occupational safety and healthy. You can, among other things, complete the mandatory occupational safety and health course, the mandatory occupational safety and health coordinator course, as well as a variety of supplementary courses.
Human House is also the Danish certification centre for a selection of the world’s most widely used and well-validated psychometric testing and personality tools, such as MBTI og FIRO.

Get an overview and read more about our mandatory training courses
At Human House, you can complete the mandatory occupational safety and health course for safety and health representatives and management representatives, either onsite or online, as well as the mandatory occupational safety and health coordinator course.
Have you chosen your supplementary course?
Within your first year as a member of the working environment organisation, you must be offered two days of supplementary education. In each subsequent year, your employer must offer course equivalent to 1.5 days per year.
Conferences within leadership and occupational safety and health

Certification in personality profile tools
Human House is an official partner of The Myers-Briggs Company and offers certification in the personality profile tools MBTI Step I and Step II, as well as FIRO. With more than 25 years’ experience in professional occupational psychology tools, we only employ methods that meet exact ethical and professional standards.
If you need to conduct personality profiling yourself – for example, in recruitment, leadership development, or coaching – you can become certified in the use of relevant personality tools with our skilled consultants as your training partners.
