The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the world’s most widely used personality assessment tool, utilised across the globe for more than 70 years. The model is rooted in the analytical psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. Beyond being a tool for personal growth in both work and private life, MBTI is applied in a wide variety of areas such as coaching, communication, conflict management, leadership, and, in particular, team development and collaboration.

You can choose whether the feedback is based on the fundamental Step I profile, covering the four basic dimensions, or the more in-depth Step II profile, which adds 20 facets to these four preference dimensions. Step I provides a fundamental understanding of your personality type profile, while Step II delves deeper and offers increased insight into how the different preferences are expressed.
The MBTI process – how it works:
- You order your personality profile using the form below.
- We contact you to arrange a date for your personal feedback session with one of our MBTI-certified business psychologists. The session takes place online.
- You receive a link to the questionnaire via e-mail.
- You complete the questionnaire online – it takes approximately 20-30 minutes to fill out and must be admitted within 14 days.
- We analyse your profile and prepare your feedback.
- In an online session lasting about 1.5 hours, you will receive feedback on your personality type profile together with one of our business psychologists – focusing on your strengths and areas for development.
