Sexism Hotline
Sexist behaviour and sexual harassment in the workplace have serious consequences for the psychosocial working environment – not only for those directly affected, but for the entire organisation. It is therefore essential that you, as an employer, take active steps to prevent and manage such incidents.
Impartial and anonymous hotline supporting affected employees
Human House offers a dedicated Sexism Hotline, where employees who have experienced inappropriate behaviour at work can receive impartial and anonymous counselling and speak with a psychologist. Each individual can choose whether to speak with a female or male psychologist. In some cases, a single phone call may be sufficient. However, if our psychologists assess that ongoing support would be beneficial, the employee will be offered a course of sessions to process and heal from their experiences.
This service is available to all employees who find it challenging to be part of a culture where sexism is present. This also includes those accused, who may require support through the anonymous helpline.

Our Sexism Hotline helps you gain perspective
During conversations, information is collected from those affected. If a pattern emerges, and in consultation with the employee, we can report these findings to the organisation so that further action can be taken at an organisational level. All communication is strictly confidential, and feedback is only provided with the explicit consent of the individual concerned.
We handle a variety of tasks for our clients, covering prevention, assessment, and management of inappropriate behaviour, including sexism. Read more about our guidance on harassment and bullying here.
